Drumming has a strong and ancient power to create joy and connection with others and with yourself. This is an instant mood-boost for all ages and abilities - no musical experience or expertise required! You are invited to help co-create a space where we can gather and sit in circle to create music, laughter and rhythm... We gather with meaning, intention and purpose - to heal ourselves and each other within this space. This is a space free of judgement, competition, expectation or pressure, away from the demands of the outside world. A space to let go of inhibitions and reclaim your playfulness - to reconnect with your sacred and divine nature. A place of belonging. This space is welcoming to ALL PEOPLE who feel the call to an ancient and elevating experience. Your magic is recognised and your power is known. Drumming, dancing, singing - sharing, supporting one another to remind ourselves that we are not alone - to remind ourselves who we truly are - to celebrate each other and to learn to love ourselves as individuals and as a collective.
